    If you need new talent options to choose from, we have several ways to help! Beyond integrations that funnel candidates to your Bench Lists from external job boards and our growing list of talent network partnerships, we also have recruiting partners on deck to support niche and hard-to-fill roles.

  • Right now, Teamera doesn’t process talent payments - our software simply helps you find the right team, build the right contracts, and track talent hours along the way to make sure you don’t get caught with last-minute change orders or overages. The actual project contracts are between the talent and your agency (or your AOR/EOR partner). In the future, we plan to offer optional AOR/EOR services - drop us a line to inquire about current options!

  • Teamera is designed for flexible team management - which includes both freelance and full-time talent! You can use Teamera to manage project assignments within your FTE team to make sure that teams are stacked with the right level of seniority (and associated billable rates) AND ensure team diversity. As project needs ebb and flow, you can add freelance talent to support those full-time teams, or build entirely freelance teams - the choice is yours!
